[Resolved] Combat Bar is up

Title: Combat Bar is up

Details: I am not in combat, but the bar is active. I can still go in and change decks, which normally you cannot do if the combat bar is active. Also, I can cast spells off of it while not in combat. I also have full use of my utility bar.
Steps to Reproduce: Log in, cast spells while not in combat using combat bar

I'm not able to repro. Is this an isolated incident? Please always let us know if you have tried relogging when you run into these Thank you.

Details: Combat bar is up, but I am not in combat. I can cast all spells off both bars. I have to enter combat to get the attack spells and once I cast an attack spell, all other spells that are not normally allowed to be cast in the bottom bar, grey out. Once I tab out, the avatar leaves combat normally, the bar stays up and all spells again become available (except the combat ones)

In a related bug, I have a 98 percent chance to cast dash while running. On the normal server, when running this normally drops to about 48-52.

 

So all you need to do is log in every time and that is it? I cannot repro this.
Please, I still need to know if you tried a full client restart...after that, is this still happening to you every time you go into combat?

Ok. That was it. For some reason that had been ticked. It's not ticked on my normal client and I did not even know such a function existed! I like it though. Nice to cast more spells out of combat. (Sorry for any wasted time!)

Ah! Now I understand the issue. It's all good, I thought you were using that feature intentionally and were reporting a change on it....thanks for the update.
