[Resolved] COTOs are not dropping at 100x the old rate

    Details: I have now looted enough stuff to say that there is now way COTOs are dropping at 100x the old rate. Actually haven't seen a single one drop this release which would be next to impossible if the rate really was 100x the old rate.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz (8) System RAM: 32698
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8079
    SotA.Win.64.921.Date.02.28.19
    Area: Novia_R8_Hills02_01
    Area Display Name: Upper Tears
    Loc: (463.7, 122.3, -7.2)
