[Resolved] Crafting skill level don't increase crafting % chance

    1. Title: Crafting skill level don't increase crafting % chance
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: Your crafting skill level don't increase crafting % chance anymore
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to the alchemy table, try to make recall/teleport scrolls, you get XP and level up, but the chance % stays the same, don't increase.
    6. User Specs: i5 3570k 8gb ram, gtx 1050 ti

    Seems to be universal, my blacksmithing critical chance dropped down to 27% instead of what it used to be.

    This is fixed on our internal server. At 50 I had a 60% changce and at GM I have a 95% chance :) Should be fixed in the next patch.
