[Resolved] Crash reports - how to submit?

    Got to see a fancy schmancy error message today when the game crashed while recalling to WestEnd. (it ate the recall scroll in the process of course)
    Lo and behold I see another crash report folder from the 15th as well
    I've got the two crash report folders, but not sure about how to forward them to the correct people, as I'm not sure I want all that detailed system information on a public forum.
    I can throw them up on Dropbox and PM whoever needs them

    Crash reports can be useful, particularly if they contain a stack trace log. You can send the crash reports that were generated to Attenwood at rromero@portalarium.com to pass on to the tech team for further review. The relevant files are generally output_log.txt and error.log in a subfolder named with date-time stamp of the crash in the application directory. Also any details about what you were doing or if you can consistently reproduce the crash are very helpful. Best to submit a bug report with the details in these forums, then when you submit the crash report you can include a link to the bug report here. After you restart the game you can type /bug in the chat window and it will copy a bug report template along with key system specs to the clipboard for convenience when creating a report.

    Confirmed this is the appropriate path for receiving crash logs. :)
