    I can target anywhere on map it will cast on me always

    The icon represents the fact that you have cast, but you aren't being damaged by it. Adding an issue #62896 for review, just in case this is a bug.

    Won't fix, by design. We list the effect to inform you that you have an active ring of fire. Damage listed as green to show you it is a positive effect.
