    Title: Fizzle is as if I'm moving when I stop
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The fizzle chance increases when I start moving but remains elevated for ~5 seconds after I stop.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
