Title: In-game map: I can no longer drag the in-game map left/right/up/down by pressing the left mouse button and dragging the map. When I try to do this now

Details: I can no longer drag the in-game map left/right/up/down by pressing the left mouse button and dragging the map. When I try to do this now a box to zoom in/out appears.
Steps to Reproduce: Open up the in-game map and try to drag it left/right/up/down by pressing the left mouse button and dragging the map.

Did you customize your interface settings in a way that could could repro this bug perhaps? Because I cannot repro this at the moment.
I can drag/expand the map properly.

The issue went away for me after quitting and restarting the game, so it can be closed/ignored.
