[Resolved] Items given to me and placed in bank at Ordinis have disapeared

I was given some items today and when I went to place more items into the bank those I had in there already Disapeared! I am scared to use the bank!

Did you place them in the same city bank? There are multiple banks, so you have to go back to the same city/town bank you put them in at. Check your filters at the top of the bank to make sure you are seeing all items (not just rewards, or global, etc).
Also, check your containers. You can technically have items in your bank inside another container. Or even in containers inside your inventory.

If you continue to have issues please write in to support@portalarium.com with the list of items you are missing.
I'm willing to bet that these items will resurface
