[Resolved] No Items to claim

i log in and i dont get the stretchgoal Items !!! You have no unclaimed rewards.

 

We are still working on getting this rewarded, they will come a bit later today.

 

In my case they showed up AFTER I opened the rewards window, but there was no asterisk indicator on the rewards box icon, as described in the release notes.

 

as of now I didn't get mine too. will try to relog

 

it popped up after I teleported to owls head

 

same nothing in rewards or given when logged in, tried the teleport thing and relogging.

 

I only got the followings but still missing some others goal item:
- Dragon Mask Set (multiple color variants) with smoke VFX
- Aether Axe, Aether 1H Spear, Aether 2H Bludgeon
- Torture Set: Torture Chair, Torture Table, Rack
- Unique Dungeon Encounter Room with Fishing Spot

 

that's the complete list for this month. they don't usually all end up in the same release.

the fishing spot had already been made in a previous month and just redelivered, so they didn't bother mentioning it in the below list

 

No rewards!

 

What is the status? Is this still in the works?
I played over a hour now and nothing and on the other hand, I heard from others that they are double rewarded with the Fishing Grotto from last month?

 

I can't find my cotoc and obsidian potion rewards for the rewards program. My subscription date is the 28th of the month.

 

Update:
After more than 3 Hours of playing I got my Telethon Rewards.

 

Rewards delivery is unblocked!
