[Resolved] Oracle did not give rewards for finishing the main quests

Hello Devs,

I don't really know if it is a bug but I did not receive the rewards for finishing the main quests from the big Oracle in Brittany.
Checked everywhere :inventory, bank, rewards...without result.

Anyway I was quite disappointed and hope it can be set right.

@Maluca, as i recall, you get your shroud from the main oracle, but you get your lot deed and house from any one of the smaller ones (once per account).

 

I tried several Oracles besides the Big Oracle in Central Brittany, and did not get any of the rewards.
Has something changed to the main quest rewards ?
If so please let me know.

Did you speak to Arabella in the Oracle's chamber?

 

There was no Arabella around.

 

@Maluca, there are two different main quest points when you enter the big oracle. if arabella was not around then

a: you are there for the first time after completing the three virtue questlines and you have not been given the oracle's quests to find and put together the prophecy yet, in which case you should keep talking to it until it gives you those quests, or

b: you are there after having completed the prophecy and you simply did not advance far enough in the conversation for arabella to appear.

I was already thinking I had to first perform the tasks of the lenses and prophecy pages.
Thats the part that was not clear to me.
