    Recipe to learn this states carpentry of 70
    I currently have 72 and can not learn this recipe

    same with Shingle roof 4story(row home)

    70 carpentry proficency needed, i have 72 and can not learn

I have included this on the Bug Report for verification that everything is working as it should. The difference between skill and proficiency can be confusing.
