    Details: I have been speaking to Captain Kinsey, to receive Love Virtue Dye Bundle, but she just keeps telling me to go speak to a Supplies Merchant.

    Captain Kinsey: Thank you again for all your assistance. I don't need any help at the moment.

    Captain Kinsey: You've done all you can for us, outlander. Please, take that report to Stanley in Soltown so that Ardoris may learn of what has happened here.

    Captain Kinsey: Before you go into the wilderness, make sure you have the proper supplies. I recommend you talk to a supplies merchant before you head out.

    I DO have the Love Banner, and I did do and finish the update your gear (by speaking to the Blacksmith quest) as well as the medicine one. Not sure what else to do?
