[Resolved] Stuck @94% loading into Owl's Head - build 726

    Cannot teleport into Owl's Head - Stuck at 94% - loading decorations 0%

    I was able to load to the world map. Then I was able to login to Owls Head regularly.
    I noticed the load time has decreased a fair bit as well since the last patch.

    Also, in order to leave the game after stuck at 94% I had to end the task forcibly.

    Win10 Pro, Threadripper 1950x, 32gb ram, nvidia 1070. Samsung 950 PRO 1TB.
