    Title: Summoning casting sound stops working after using skill second time

    Details: When casting the Summon Elemental Spell (while training it up), the casting sound will stop working after the initial sound from casting it the first time. The first time you cast Summon Earth Elemental, the casting sound will play. After that, casting it again will play no casting sound.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Summon Earth Elemental 3 times. Note the first time you cast this, you hear the casting sound. On the 2nd and 3rd times, no casting sound is heard.
