[Resolved] Telethon rewards

I went to the local banker to claim my telethon rewards and it said I claimed new rewards but I did not see them in the Banker inventory window. How do I fix this? or do I just need to wait a little while? Usually they are in there immediately. Thank you!

 

Try picking "Rewards" in the drop-down menu (top right corner of the banker window) - to better filter what you're seeing - perhaps you just missed it?

Its been a month now and i still havent received any of my rewards from the telethon back on Dec 2nd.... it says on my acct page that i am eligible yet i never got anything....it was the 'ice' stuff i believe. My roommates Beli and Forrester received theirs but i havent been able to claim anything.
