[Resolved] The network connection to a required network service (scene) is unavailable.

1. Title: 69% ERROR: The network connection to a required network service (scene) is unavailable.
2. Reproduction Rate: ~10-20%
3. Blocker? No
4. Details: Since this release I have some trouble to reenter a scene via resume after the login.
   Todays affected towns so far:
   Soltown 2x, Owls Head 1x, Xenos 1x, Elads Lighthouse 1x, Dracheninsel 3x
   After the network connection error happened, the overworld map is loading and stands near the town entrance. So far, I could now enter the town with no further error.
   Its always at 69%.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Resume the game in a town after login
6. User Specs:
   Windows 10 Pro 64 1803
   i7-4790K, 32 GB, SSD, Nvidea GTX 1080ti OC - Vers.398.36

 

Are the comcast issues still a thing? Could this be related?

 

Had this yesterday. No Internet outages here... Was about to relaunch the client and then it started loading all over again from scratch, and succeeded in second attempt.

 

There was a publically announced comcast issue yesterday resulting in weird outages, i just wondered if it was more the same

 

Its getting worse.
In the last hour I checked our Vendors and had 9 Errors out of 25 Logins.
What I do.
I have 25 Bundle Accounts > Row. These Avatars are standing before our Guild Vendors all over Novia.
Normally I check once a week these Vendor locations.
Login, Resume, Check Vendor Location, LogOut -> Next Account.
Never had an Error before this Release.
Today I had these 69% ERROR: The network connection to a required network service (scene) is unavailable.
Estgard, Etceter, Brittany Alleys, Brittany Central, Soltown, Owls Head, Kingsport, Aerie, Westend
After the Error I could always enter the Town without a second Error.

Edit:
I made it up to 72% on my Hometown Dracheninsel.

 

I had this happen twice to me entering Owl's Head-- once yesterday (Saturday [68%]) and once today (Sunday[69%]). Each one ended with the game recycling and logging in my avatar to the overland map by Owl's Head.

Sounds like this might have been related to an external networking event over the weekend. If this error re-occurs, please re-post and note the time and what scene you were travelling to when the disconnect message appeared.

So, I did some test logins with resume in towns and found an interesting result:

Today AM CT Time (in the last hour)
09:45: Start
9x resume ok
10:05: Soltown 69%
10:08: Owls Head 69%
10:11: Ardoris 69%
10:14: Kingsport 69%
12x resume ok
10:30: End

Error window: 10:05-10:14

 

Ok, should be working better now. Please re-post if the problem reoccurs.
