[Resolved] Unable to loot some fallen foes until 15 to 20 seconds later

    1. Title: Unable to loot some fallen foes until 15 to 20 seconds later
    2. Reproduction Rate: 50%?
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Kill a mob. have been unable to loot some of them until 15 to 20 seconds has expired
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Kill mob (zombie in my tests). attempt to loot instantly. repeat.
