Title: Unable to place deco with "decoration indicators" enabled.
Reproduction Rate: Persistent over re-logging and client restart
Blocker? For all objects that automatically enable "decoration indicators" (e.g. butterflies), but not for Tree and Grass remover
Details: When the checkbox "decoration indicators" is switched on, you can no longer add and move deco to your POT / Lot until you disable the indicators again. Deco that enables the deco indicators are no longer placeable (tested with butterflies and circling dragons, probably affects fog effects and fireflies, too). Does not block grass and tree removers from being placed.
Steps to Reproduce: Try to move or plop a butterfly deco on a POT or lot. Try to deco with e.g. a large bone white marble paver when deco indicators are checked.

Now, after 20 minutes of trying, it works again.
    I am confused now.

-> Is it maybe a zone/scene master thing?

Did you receive any kind of notification that the scene was closing and prompting you to switch to a new one, perhaps?

There have been notifications, and I followed the suggestion and switched to new scenes.
That is why I assume it was a concurrency issue with maybe another person holding a different/older server version of the same scene open.

If that was the case, then it probably was just bad timing. The issue resolved itself later, so no need to keep this open.
I will look for strange behaviour again the next time I witness the server rolling a new patch.
