Title: Unable to repair Lord Marshal Cloak on Tailoring Table with repair kit
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    - I've always been able to repair my Lord Marshal cloak on the tailoring table using repair kits - until now.
    - I can repair other tailored items on the table without issue.
    - I tried to repair the cloak on the table at the location below, and also in Falling Waters Fortress.
    - I *can* still repair the cloak, but I have to drag the tailoring repair kit over onto it - not on the table.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Try to repair a Lord Marshal's cloak on a tailoring table.

@Raven Swiftbow, you have eleven kits in the crafting window. try it with only one.

i could replicate when i unequipped my scissors. need some sort of confirmation on whether table recipes that don't actually list the base tool for that table should still require it.

edit: although as i scroll through the tailoring recipes it looks like none of them list scissors, so it may be assumed for all

    edit2: player instructions:

You have hit it, Alley! I have more characters than I have prosperity tools to go around. I just checked Camriel's equipped tools and it looks like he gave his prosperity scissors to one of my other characters - bingo!

I would say "case closed" - but it *should* pop up and tell you that no tool is equipped - imho.

no, that's what prompted me to try without my scissors.

that said, raven is still right about the pop-up. if you try a recipe missing a minor required tool like a wood rasp, it puts a message in the chatbox, which is more noticeable.
