[Resolved] Waiting on Rewards/Cotos.

    1. Title: Waiting on rewards
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Subscription Rewards and Cotos. First of the month, been waiting 3 hours for my rewards to come in on Subscription and when I bought Cotos. Not in Inventory not in Rewards window. Still waiting for what I paid for. Even logged in and out several times after purchase.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Purchased another set of Cotos and still no rewards.

    I am experiencing the same issue! Also tried to gift them to another account with no success. going on 12 hours since i purchased $85 worth of crowns that ONLY show up on my account add-ons.

    Resolved? I am still unable to retrieve/receive the purchased 10750 crowns from the rewards menu. I am also still unable to send it to another account successfully.

    i've been waiting 2 days now :(
    not doing the Subscription Rewards thing until its fixed and can't find anyone to talk to about it/when will i get the 9 Cotos?

    I've been told by CS that Thodin's issue was resolved. The purchase had been marked "in transition" due to the send-as-gift.

    No known issues with monthly subscription rewards-delivery at this time. If you feel there is a delivery issue with a purchased reward or monthly subscription, please contact support@portalarium.com.
