    Title: Went into Private in West Vauban Foothills, but set to open
    Reproduction Rate: Twice me, Once Vladamir.
    Blocker? No
    Details: Went into West Vauban Foothills in open mode, but it put me in private mode and my party member Vladamir can't teleport to me.
    Steps to Reproduce: Going into WVF
    User Specs:
