[Respond] Archer Forest Seige unhittable, doesn't respond to me jumping up and down in front of him

    Title: Archer in Forest Seige unhittable, doesn't respond to me jumping up and down in front of him
    Reproduction Rate: This and saw him in R43 once
    Blocker? No
    Details: This archer is detached from the world, cannot be hit and does not attack. He just stands there. He can be targeted for infinite misses.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to the location noted below, see if there's an archer there that isn't properly set up.

    All the archers and fighters in this area seem to really want to kill me :(
    Luckily, I'm the bear queen.

    So I wasn't able to repro this, but I'm also on future build. So perhaps we are good now? May want to try a client restart just in case. :)
