    Middle island in Upper Tears where berserkers are there is a spot near water you can stand....they will not attack you but you can attack them and kill them. I repeated this twice.

    This was in live release not in QA but i will try it there as well

    We've made some adjustments to the NPCs this release. Please give this spot a try on QA and re-post if there is still an issue, and we can re-visit this bug.
