    Title: Bug with stacked Shield of Air
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Stacking Shield of Air increases my focus transfer ratio... which makes the skill worse :( Lower focus transfer ration is better. It is mistakenly increasing the number when I stack the skill :(

    I have 120 Shield of Air skill lvl and unstacked it gives me 1 focus transfer ration and 22 air attunement. Stacked 6 times (I'm air specialized) I get 1.2 focus transfer ratio :( and 27.5 air attunement

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4) System RAM: 8116
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4043
