[Responded] Cannot interact with NPC

    Title: Cannot Interact with NPC
    Reproduction Rate: rare (sporadic)
    Blocker? yes
    Details: Initiate a conversation with the NPC. Able to click on keywords but no response from the NPC. Still CAN use /bug from the same window, so the game is still responding to the chat interface.
    Steps to Reproduce: Initiate a conversation as normal. slight chance of failure.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 62285
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti GPU RAM: 6102
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.614.Date.05.30.17
