Title: COTOs from in game expired bundle item not delivered

Details:
I had bought with COTOs a Shogun Town Tax Free Bundle before they expired on 21st Dec 2018.
I opened the bundle item on 02/03/2019 around 16:30 GMT, this was after the COTO changes to 1 old COTO = 100 new COTOs. So assume this is the root of the problem.
My inventory exploded with all the other items, but the COTOs that are supposed to come with the bundle did not appear in my inventory.
I think it supposed to be 50 old COTOs, so 5000 new COTOs.

Steps to Reproduce:
Put the expired bundle in your inventory.
Right click the bundle and use.
No COTOs are delivered to your inventory, but the other items are.
