    When i remove the Sage Sash (drops int by 20) the tooltip will display more damage on death magic spells o_O

    You probably gain more max HP resulting in powering up your death magic because you are "less" than max HP.

    Yes, most artifacts have a positive and a negative. You may also notice you can carry less with it on because of the strength debuff. But it's still a good piece and one that I use for a particular combat set.
