Title: Delay on entering player housing
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
Details: There is a delay on entering player housing after using a recall scroll.
Steps to Reproduce: Recall to your own home - try to enter - the front door has an invisible barrier for awhile.

it's the same as entering the town from novia, if you reach your home before it is fully loaded you have to wait some time
(for me its Dragomir mori and Veritas Sanctuary (up to 90s wait time after reaching my home lot)

IMO that is something about loading priority when entering a scene
    1) if recall your home lot, you are bound to, should be first priority , if recall
    1) if entering scene from novia the nearest owned or lived in homes(tenant, co-owner, trustee)
    2) oracle and devotionals, other owened or lived in homes
    3) then the rest

The invisible barrier blocks players from entering the lot while it is loading. Ideally, the lot should be usable with minimal wait when using a recall scroll. I've made a change on the dev branch that should make this better. Issue #54492

We've been unable to reproduce this issue internally. With your machine specs, I wouldn't expect there to be any trouble. If you would upload a video that demonstrates these long load times, we may be able to track down the cause.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 32648
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4007

Edit (my spec in the spoiler is my gaming rig at the place were i work, now I am on holiday at home)
