    Title: Highvale Outskirts: Obsidian Sniper Guard Still Sparkles After Quest

    Details: Finished the sniper quest and turned in the bow, but still have the sparkly in my compass for the guard that gives the quest.

    Hiya @Puuk !

    Unfortunately, that is not the case. As you can see here, I've already talked to the Captain, and the mouseover on the compass refers to the sniper quest.
