    Title: I have 251 less HP on QA
    Reproduction Rate: 100% 2/2 logins
    Blocker? No
    Details: Screen shots provided. Same exact gear and same exact devotionals. Even in the same zone.
    Steps to Reproduce: Log into QA and compare HP to live.

    Health from gear isn't applying correctly either, when it applies at all. Necklace gives +5 health and only +4 registers. Str on gear is also not giving HP. Didn't seem like an additional bug report was needed for this.

    It's not just the buff, but strength from gear that is also not impacting health.
    Your images are not working I'm afraid...
    But this should be fixed in 686. Try again then please. Health should update properly.
