Are you getting any disconnected error messages from the game?

Also, I assume you are using a firewall. Does Shroud have all the proper permissions?

    And lastly:

Besides the system specification to run the game, the following firewall ports must be open for the Launcher and Game Client to run properly.

    Launcher:
    • TCP 5074
    • UDP 3544
    • UDP 6881
    Game Service:
    • UDP 5054
    • UDP 5055
    • UDP 5056
    • UDP 5057
    • UDP 5058
    • UDP 5059
Might check that all those ports are available.

    Greetings Tardis
Before you start the game open a CMD window and type ping google.com /t. It will send an constant ping to google and if it looses network it will show it in the list and then start up again when it has network back. It will also show ping times, the smaller 10 to 50 ms is good. Launch the game and if/when it crashes try to switch back to CMD and see if the ping connection reported errors.

Based on a look at the logs and your description of the issue, sounds less likely to be an internet connection issue, and more likely to be some software running on your machine. Some players have reported that virus programs or network QoS "enhancement" programs can severely degrade network performance. I would look in that direction. Sorry I can't be of more help.
