    I completed the puzzle in Elysium just now and received a second banner of truth. I completed this puzzle a couple months ago for the first time, and have been repeating it for the buff but only today did I receive another banner.

    There were some changes made to chests made that ultimately meant some will be able to get two - depending on when they got their first one.
    While not intended, this was decided upon to be the lesser of two evils. The alternative would have prevented others to not receive one at all.
    But I thank you for reporting!
