Title: Paver on a slope is still level

Details: Paver on a slope is still level, thus it sticks out over empty space, and you have to jump to get on it.
Steps to Reproduce: Walk up the slope

I scoped this spot out.
There is really not much we can do here I'm afraid. It's either completely prevent this tile from being placed anywhere near the edge like that, or make it so pavers can bend. And unity won't allow those kind of exceptions.
