[Responded] Purchased items missing from store

    I purchased over 500 Obsidian gold from store and only received the last purchase of 45.

    Hi Alley Oop,

    Something that worked fine prior to going live but now does not. Is a BUG not a purchase issue. How ever to get attention to the issue I have sent a email to Portalarium.

    Seems in Offline mode when you go to the bank to down load your items its not totaling the Obsidain purchased for the account it just taking the last entry.

    Alley is right and is steering you in the right direction for a resolution. If you have submitted an email and haven't received a response yet please let us know. Submitting a bug may end up being necessary, but I can't see all your account related purchases to investigate through QA. I'm sorry for the issues.
