[Responded] Quest: No Reward for Mail delivery

Reproduction Rate: hard to say currently 100% for me

Blocker? No - it's just frustrating since I'm struggling with gold :-D

Details:

I'm delivering regional mail regularily.
Since update to R42 I noticed that sometimes I don't get the reward for delivering the mail (200 gold).
Currently I never get any reward for delivering mail, although mail is being removed from inventory and I can accept a new mail delivery.

Maybe it could have something to do with the lag I am experiencing when talking to the Town Crier.
In big cities my framerate drops to < 10 fps - it takes a long time between 'clicking' on the Town crier and he thanking me for delivering the mail.​

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Take a laptop with about the specs of mine
2. Start a regional mail delivery quest
   
3. Play the game a while (switching scenes a couple of times, maybe fight a little, craft a little, ...)
   
4. Deliver regional mail
5. ==> no reward

User Specs:

• OS: Windows 10 Home (64 Bit)
• CPU: Intel Core i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.6GHz
• RAM: 8 GB
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

 

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with lag/bad fps...

Workaround I tried on last mail delivery to Kingsport:

1. I stopped in front of the Town Crier in Kingsport. I had big lag.
2. Restarted game (close client completely, open it again, load character - all steps together take about 5 minutes :-( )
3. No more lag in Kingsport - talking to town crier yields the reward of 200 gold.

 

@Madio thank you very much for the follow up. This is good info to have, but since this is lag related this won't be something we can easily repro. But I will definitely keep an eye out for additional reports.
