    Unable to locate second Caretaker Chen. Have even tried to find where he sleeps. Bad enough some of the other caretakers sprint back and forth between the shrine and bed at inn. But How can I complete if I cant even find them?

    you don't have to talk to all the caretakers, just one at each shrine. doesn't matter which.
