    Title: smoldering shiv
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Smoldering shiv's dot damage is not increased by attainment and the dot speed is not effected by fire speed.
    Steps to Reproduce: test Smoldering shiv at a 5 stack with out immolation on and fire speed at 80. then raise fire speed to 100, put on immolation and retest. Damage and tick speed are the same.

    Yes, the combo spells are not affected the attunement of either tree. They are quite unique in this manner and as such have their own special category.
