    1. Title: If you are on non-even ground "You hit nothing with Solar Flare".
    2. Reproduction Rate: 90%
    3. Blocker? No.
    4. Details: Casting on hillsides, stairs or any terrain that is not completely flat, the spell doesn't hit anything even though the effect goes through them. Banish Undead does hit them however, so the way Banish works and detects if something is "in the cone of effect" should be applied to Solar Flare.
Banish will even hit zombies in Tartarus in the water when i'm on the platform shooting over the steps where they come up. Solar Flare will not.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: I went into a Bandit encounter, stood on the side of the hill going up the path, and tried to cast on the 3-4 bandits in front of me moving backwards/side-to-side. Log reports I hit nothing with Solar Flare.
    6. User Specs: Client SotA.Win.64.1044.Date.09.26.19 Windows 10-Build 1903

I've also noticed this. At first I thought it was because I was moving while casting but further testing confirmed that was not the case (at least on flat ground it's not an issue). Definitely a height (z-axis) issue.
