    Title: Still missing the Gustball-Recipes at Tailor Merchant
    Reproduction Rate:checkt Tailor in Arodris, Owls HEad and Brittany Estates.

    Details:I doublechecked three different Tailor in the towns named aboved: Noone sells me teh recipes
    Steps to Reproduce:

    Same. I ran through all areas (Perennial Coast, Paladis, Regalis, Grunvald, Drachvald, you name them) to search for tailor merchants that might have them as announced in today's patch notes.
    I think i did cover all regions. No success.

    these recipe are available on qa, they just haven't made a live build yet.
