[Responded] Strange vendor name when I accidentally moved him

1. Title: Strange vendor name when I accidentally moved him
2. Reproduction Rate: 100% for two times
3. Blocker? No
4. Details: I accidentally moved my vendor a tad when I was trying to access his inventory. HIs name changed.
5. Steps to Reproduce: I tried to double-click my vendor in POT NBM but accidentally moved him just a tad. I then noticed that his name had been changed to "Growth rate x1.0". I had two friends come look and they said his name was normal to them. So it was only wrong to me. I left the scene and came back. Name was normal. I moved my vendor a tad again and his name changed again to "growth rate x1.0".
6. User Specs: PC Windows 7 Pro 64 bit AMD Radeon R9 200 w/4gb
