    Details: Purchased coto`s during telethon on both my accounts. Cordilia Blackburn and Archon Nerfomancer.
    have the records of purchase on both e-mails. 10$ cordi. 5$ Nerf. Pay-pal delayed the process.
    Received them (coto`s)on the 16th. Do I need to submit another report for other account? or will this be sufficient.

    Since this is account related you will need to email support@portalarium.com so they can check the transaction and items. If the transaction was completed before midnight central, it should have been eligible. But we would have to investigate this to really know what happened. Thank you.
