    Title: Torpor not showing rooted animation
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: The rooted animation that is used at the start of this spell is not showing. You are still rooted and can not do anything but it does not visually show.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Torpor
    User Specs:
