Details: Went to Etceter and clicked on the sign to enter.
Ended up in the water and under ground. Not sure where I was. Seeing the Etceter sign I clicked it again and was put into Etceter. I was in a party and the other member did not have any issue going into the city.

Went around the city and then went back to the same main exit.
Same thing happened.
I can see town signs and when I click on them I go into the towns. Bladeyke, Etceter. But when I come out I'm again in the water or in the Twilight Zone. Not sure. Finally did /STUCK and was put in Novia at Xenos and took the ship to Aerie. All good after that.

The one thing that seems to be helping people the most is updating their video drivers. After updating you'll want to fully restart the PC before relogging back in.
I'm sorry for the issues. So far, everyone seems to be on nvidia. I haven't noticed this happening with anyone on AMD yet.
We have not been able to repro this issue.

 

I have the latest drivers from Nvidia. The player in my party that did not have issues had older drivers and did not experience any issues.
