    Title: XP Attenuation Malfunctioning
    Reproduction Rate: ???
    Blocker? no
    Details: Was just in a group in Superstition Canyon...we all had attenuation kick in except nobody had hit 1 mil xp, much less maintained it.

    Behavior does not match the description, "you can average a million xps an hour and if you go too far over that over a long period of time, you'll start seeing diminishing returns for xps that exceed 1mln per hour" per @Chris

    The player instructions document has a more accurate description for XP attenuation.
