[Fixed 67801] Find Ashtons Keepsake quest does not advance after finding the quest item.

    Title: Find Ashtons Keepsake quest does not advance after finding the quest item.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details: After finding the quest item Grandma Kellen's Recipes, the Find Ashtons Keepsake task and journal entry do not advance. These probably should advance to: Return Keepsake to Ashton when the player does find this quest item.
    Steps to Reproduce: With a new character, go to Soltown and speak to Ashton and receive his Find Ashtons Keepsake quest. Go to Solace Bridge and kill Awaked Dead there until the Grandma Kellen's Recipes quest item drops and collect it. Observe the task and journal entry for Find Ashtons Keepsake doesn't advance.
