Rewards Program - Potions, Dyes, etc.

So I joined the Rewards Program. I've gotten my COTO deposited into my bank for a few months now, but it's unclear to me how i get my obsidian potions and dyes and things.

Anybody have any insight?

The obsidian potions come into your bank also (it will be a small green bag labeled "Obsidian Potion Reward"). Once you open the green bag, it lets you choose one of the 7 options.

Not sure about the dyes because I think you need to have it active for 6-months before you get those... but I'd guess they would be similar to the potions.

 

Ahh. that makes sense. I've probably missed them then. I'll take a look later today and see.

you need to use the “claim rewards” button in the bank window just like when buying items in the add-on store

 

Selectable dye bag comes in 6 month cycles.

 

Thanks everyone for your replies. I did have the potions in my bank. I'll have to wait a little longer for the dyes though.
