Right-click drag and mouse cursor hidden

    Dragging the right-mouse button to pan the camera around will hide the mouse cursor, but when any of the UI comes up (ie. inventory, loot, skills, friends list, etc), the mouse cursor will re-appear even when the right-mouse button is still being held down.
