Right click item for short note

I would like the ability to right click an item to leave a short note. Similar to how you can right click a person on your friends list and "View/Edit Note", I would absolutely love a way to click on an item and "View/Edit Note". The friends note is currently limited to 128 characters. I propose limiting the item note to 16-32 characters, and having it wipe automatically once you transfer an items ownership to another player. The idea would be to jot down something like "save for later" or "cost 2000" or "belongs to so-n-so". Since it's a personal note, it should be only viewable by yourself if you place an item as deco, and be automatically wiped by the system once you transfer it out of your possession.

Small quality of life feature that would be incredibly helpful for my day to day.
