right clicking on deeds no longer offers option to upgrade

    Details:

    right click on deed in inv or from lot deeds window, and you no longer get option to upgrade, there is a bit of special sauce somewhere cos randomly it will come up but mostly not, its almost like you may have to click on the top most pixel of the line..
