Ring - exceptional not working as shown.( Issue Solved)

    Crafted 10 rings i got 1 exceptional ... crafted another 10 rings ..got 1 exceptional ..crafted another 10 rings got 1 exceptional . Exceptional chance was at 29 %.

    Normally you would get 10 out of 30 ..id even settle for 5 out of 30 but 3 out of 30 is really low.

    Easy to reproduce make 50 rings ... see if it works as intended.

    Crafted another 60 rings today - only 10 were exceptional ... with 29% chance -- 29 % out of 60 is 17.4 rings + - a few.... not +- almost 8 rings. I craft alot of other stuff so i do understand RNG ... i only encountered this issue with rings.

    Strange, last week I crafted 4 new rings and 3 of them were exceptional.

    After blowing them all up trying to make them useful with Enchantments... I made 4 more and got 2 exceptionals from that batch.

    Luckily I was able to get one good enchanted ring out of the 2nd batch so I didn't need to make any more. But I thought the exceptional chances were better than what they should be for me.

    Did another 100 rings today with 29 % got 28 rings exceptionals so i guess i had a bad streak..
